Complete Your Insurance Renewal Questionnaire by 15 August

Synod Mission Services is starting the annual insurance renewal process again for 2025–2026.

To keep your church or organisation covered, we need your help. From 21 July 2025, you’ll receive an email with a link to the insurance renewal questionnaire.

This form collects key details needed by our insurers to renew policies and handle any future claims properly.

What you need to do:

• Look out for the email from 21 July
• Complete and return the questionnaire by 15 August

The sooner we receive your completed form, the sooner we can finalise your insurance cover.
